Who gets the creator fees?

Who can actually be gifted?
The linked TikTok must have 10,000+ followers, or it must be LIVE on TikTok at the moment the coin is created. Below that, and not live at launch, the account is not gifted.
How often do gifts go out?
Every 20 minutes, automatically, per coin. The pool donates creator fees to the linked TikTok — as a video on their page or a direct send to the account.
Who pays for a launch?
The launching wallet pays network rent and the initial buy shown before approval. Trading protocol fees are separate from creator fees. Holding a coin does not guarantee returns.
